Spotlight Search Icons replaced with TheUnarchiver Archive Icons

When I go to search for an app in Spotlight Search, the app icon is the picture 
for one TheUnarchiver's files, like a .bin file. Attempted to reindex, had not 
affect. Please see attached image for better understanding.

I think you'll have to report that one to Apple, The Unarchiver has no control 
over that.
