Stop associating .exe with your program.
It is such a nuisance to those who run a windows guest on mac

A user can always go and chose to open an exe with your program (which is a 
rare case)..
In case of a guest vm the exe can not be associated with a windows program..An 
exe needs to be unassociated with any program for vmware fusion unity to work.
You association breaks everything..
When your program associates with exe. its difficult in mac to keep it 
unassociated with any program.
