Ask for destination folder if no write permissions #796

Enhancement request: if you have selected option to automaticaly extract to the 
same folder as archive in settings, extraction fail if you don't have 
permission to write to this folder, with no option to select another one in 
process (only to change setting of the app). Would be nice to provide this in 
this case.
