Invalid zip extraction #807

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
Some zip files like joinmein app don't extract correctly.

After extraction and trying to run the app it launches but mentions it is
invalid and should be either exited or deleted.
It doesn't happen when unzipping with the regular Archive Utility.

It seems to work fine here. Do you still have this problem?

Yes, the zip seem to extract correctly the app but launching it fails (cf
screenshot).

Extracting with the stock Archive Utility, the joinme app works fine so I
believe there's something wrong with The Unarchiver (maybe some wrong
permissions?).
I checked the file listing and the total bytes are identical (du -s => 67776).

I'm using The Unarchiver 3.9.1 and OSX 10.10.4.
Thanks!

Oh, now I see. I already fixed that bug earlier so that's why I can't reproduce
it. Oh well, that means it's fixed.

Do you have an ETA for the fixed release?
Downloads still lists zip 3.9.1 (2013).
Thanks!
