What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open "manage change log" view
2. Check some boxes
3. Save changes
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The checked boxes should persist after saving changes - instead, the check
marks disappear. The saved changes apply, though.
The source of the problem was that the full path name of entities was used when
saving changes, and only the class name was used when determining the initial
check box states.
