Draft API assumes query parameters are in specific order #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to restore a draft
2. Sometimes, magic happens! and the old draft is gone.
3. Weep in pain.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The old draft should be restored, but it isn't.
The reason is that Draft API assumes query parameters are in specific order.
