Libraries Self delete #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install plugin on NP++ v5.9.6.2 unicode
2. Only "ansi-characters" library is available
3. "New Library" -> "PHP"
4. Select languages, check "PHP"
5. Library "PHP" deletes 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"PHP" should contain the PHP library

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
NP++ v5.9.6.2 unicode, Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I also, can only see the "ANSI-characters" library. The About dialog says i am 
using "Version 1.1.0, released on 02-Jan-2012". SQLite 3.9.7. I am on Win XP 
sp3 version 2002. I am using Notepad++ 6.3.1 (UNICODE). Thanks for the help in 
advance.

When you set the language to PHP, it will only be shown when language of the 
active document is PHP. Open a .php file and there is your newly created 
library.
