Reflexion about svg in jpanel -> maven dependencies Org.apache.xmlgraphics:batik -> REFLEXION about insertion svg in the jpanel

05 may 2017 : Implementation of transcoder svg to png ok Meet a problem (exception) which need professor advices :-( Output png ok but empty file...

UPDATE : CONVERTION OK !!!!!!!!! Finally don't need advices ( but Codecs...) Integration in Jpanel OK Issue close --> OK :-)
