Write versioned docs and improve readability and style

Note: Merge this after there is a fix for #86.

Write versioned docs making use of the macros plugin (chunky-dev/docs#65).
Implement suggested improvements in chunky-dev/docs#82.
Add new style (<samp>) for GUI elements.
Articles from chunky.llbit.se now redirect to the most accurately-corresponding article on the docs, if it one exists.
Removed old redirects, as enough time should have elapsed since they were added for users to update any bookmarks.
Update installation docs to include the JavaFX installer (chunky-dev/docs#87).
Add the Schematics plugin to the plugin list.
Update mkdocs-redirects plugin to 1.2.0.
