Markdown hover & more info texts #13

I've reformatted the structure of the hover info files to markdown since that is the format used internally in VC.

I also added some more info for all Stella and RIOT memory locations so the popups will be a bit more useful.

I must have fskd up something here while making this PR... I didn't mean to have two commits for it, just the 40810acf5c7ce81ace543a94f598829954103961
