[Feature] ca65 Integration #48

Would love to see integration of ca65 and ld65 as an additional alternative to dasm for assembly

HI apologies for the delay in responding. Whilst adding additional language support would be viable the extension would become far too large (its right on the boundaries now). I really want to one day rework the entire extension and maybe that might provide some opportunites eventually.
