1964Input.dll not loading #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open 1964
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect everything to load, but it instead tells me that 1964Input.dll isn't 
loading, and it takes me to the plugin selection screen. I can't select 
1964Input, or any other input plugin I have in the plugins folder.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
