translation broken #85

the german translation I made breaks the rom browser - and I have no idea why. 
1964 1.1 works correct

well i know whats broken all the other translations -.- however, if you remove 
the +1 I added the english translation doesnt work properly.
ill fix it up when I get time, which is hopefully tomorrow
