Add a bunch of commands #13

For my current project, I was missing a few API commands in the library, so I added them myself. Namely, they are:

Set bed & tool target temperatures
Move toolhead
Extrude
Select job for printing
Explicit job pause & resume commands

I figured they might be useful for others as well, so here's the pull request :-)

Looks good @sidddy , you're ticking off my own personal checklist, which is handy! Was going to have a separate pause/resume function but the toggle was the same, but happy to have them both in, as the pauseresume is an odd name! Not forgotten your other PR too - just been doing some testing and was going to add in a full update to push to the Arduino Library manager too - will add these updates to the final one too! :)

Going to merge this one @sidddy for now and work from the master to make an updated version for Arduino Library Manager. I was working on a jog function offline, but happy to include this one for now. Thanks for your continued efforts!
