Several function improvements and debug

Hello, This pull request includes :

• Modifications done by @tablatronix https://github.com/chunkysteveo/OctoPrintAPI/issues/19
• Remove debug messages https://github.com/chunkysteveo/OctoPrintAPI/issues/21
• Variable population correction when printer not operational https://github.com/chunkysteveo/OctoPrintAPI/issues/22
• Add Tool0/Tool1/Bed offset temperature in getPrinterStatistics()
• Add printer(Tool0/Tool1/Bed)Available variable if data is present in the JSON response
• Remove a potential buffer overflow in octoPrintPrinterCommand() : replace sprintf() by snprintf()
• Remove unusefull temporary variables to populate datas from JSON (I used some casts)
• Remove several compilations warnings
• Some code cleaning: remove a non used variable, several code refactoring, etc.

That's a lot of updates, will read through them, but I like the look of the updates! I'm a fan of brackets opening on the same line, but each to their own... nice work.

Sorry for the code format, I used the default VSCode formatter. For the next PR, I can us the Google style with brackets opening on the same line. You are right, the code is smaller this way.

haha, I just thought it was your way, and not my way, or the other guys way. Not to worry at all - there's far worse things in this world to get worried about than parenthesis etiquette, lol! Great work on the updates, with @tablatronix work too. Good to see it being used to be honest!
