How do I pre-process the IXI dataset? #1

尊敬的作者您好，您的工作非常令人激动！但是您的代码我运行不起来，希望能得到您的帮助 1）我该如何预处理IXI原始数据为HDF5，我该如何生成相应的csv文件 希望得到您的回复!

我公布的应该是fastMRI的代码，csv文件请参考https://github.com/chunmeifeng/MTrans

您好，那能否告知该如何使用IXI的数据进行训练吗？

IXI数据不需要这个csv文件，直接读取就可以了，他不同的模态是明确标注的。 fastMRI里的csv文件是自己生成的，该数据集没有明确标注不同模态
