Describe the bug

Problem cause when user use pc company blocked msi download by IT policy, can't click more and select run anyway

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to relsease and download msi
2. Click on install
3. See error

Expected behavior can install msi

Resolved by way compress file msi and publish include in relsease.
