Downstream Functionality #217

It appears with the latest version of RDIO, the downsteam function has changed, and is no longer behaving as expected with the ID AS function seemingly being ignored. This is causing timeout errors between instances, and preventing the media from travelling downstream.

downstream should be accepting traffic as systemID 6643

This is documented in the CHANGELOG.md. This feature as not been ported to the new admin dashboard which has first been released for more than a year ago with v5.1.

The same can easily be achieved by crafting a custom upload-scripts with your trunk-recorders.
