Feature Request - URI Calling of System or Talk Group #417

Being able to call a URI like
http://rdio.domain.com?system=2 which would start a scan of That System and all Talk Groups or http://rdio.domain.com?system=2&tg=34 - for just a single talk group out of a system or http://rdio.domain.com?system2&tg=34,65,102 - for multiple TGs in one system.
