Things to update organization-wise in master #12

update README.md, remove things references to Tensorflow, etc
remove cfncluster related files for now
remove notes_on_awi_setup.md

This part was done and things were organized. I also added an argument input for test_ami.py but we should discuss how we want to run the tests in the future. Ready to be merged into master
