Update German translation #14

I fixed some minor errors in the translation like missing letters and the like. I also changed some translations slightly. I have the feeling "Predigtreihe" is a better translation for "Sermon Series" than "Predigtserie". What do you think?

Thanks Martin! This looks good. I will merge it into the next release. That might be a few weeks to feel free to make any other improvements as you see fit.
