Added widget filters and color picker field #11

New filters to allow themes to add extra fields to a widget. Adds a field type to include color pickers in widgets.

I merged this and pushed 1.8.2. Want to give it a test? I made a few small tweaks.

There seems to be a minor bug with the colorpicker. I opened issue #12. Any ideas?
