"Get Directions" button has invalid url for non-USA addresses #2

If a non-USA address is entered for a Location or an Event and the "Show directions link" checkbox is checked, the URL that the "Get Directions" button uses to link to Google Maps is invalid.

This related to an issue with the new Google Maps. Solved in 1.1.2, which will be included in the next update of the Resurrect theme.
