Add new Type "Hotfix" for critical production failures

Thanks for the contribution.

Maybe the types should be made configurable.

So that every team can change how they want to use it. And the changelogger just comes with a basic set of types.

But lets see what @obstschale thinks.

Oh, well, I'm sorry. Didn't look at the open issues. I'm going to try to make this work.
