mmm_clone/mmm_restore: log file name when cloning/restoring a slave from a slave(-backup) may be incorrect. #18

I think the wrong values are used in mmm_clone and mmm_restore in case of
slave-slave cloning / restore. I'm not 100% sure so I didn't commit my
changes to the repository yet. Please have a look at the attached patch and
