Interface not bringing up on Solaris #50

While starting mmm_agent on Solaris OS iterface IP address is not bringing 
up. Despite of it, mmm_mon will act such note as ONLINE causing production 
issues -- IP not reachable. 

rtls0:1: flags=1000843<BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST,IPv4> mtu 1500 index 2
        inet 10.1.1.109 netmask ff000000 broadcast 10.255.255.255
