ASRock 939Dual-SataII + Opteron 170. Missing+Incorrect Voltages/Cores #329

What is expected is seeing 2 cores listed [Such as Temps/Core Load] for each
core. What I am seeing is only a listing for Core #1 and Not Core#0.
Additionally, the Mainboard is detected as 'Unknown'. Further, the voltages are
not being displayed as intended with many not only missing/hidden but being
misread.

I'm running OHM 0.40.0 Beta on the following system [relevant hardware listed]:
OS: Windows XP SP2 32-bit
CPU: AMD Opteron 170
MB: ASRock Socket 939 DualSata-II [Winbond W83627HF]
PSU: Rosewill CAPSTONE - 650w

I have included multiple reports for comparisons/informational purposes. The
requested report from OHM along with the reports of both Monitoring/SMBus from
HWMonitor and a screenshot of the two. The HWMonitor readings are correct
according to AIDA64 and CoreTemp.

I would also like to apologize for the false claim on the second CPU core not
being detected. This was due to OHM loading with with only 1 core being
assigned by default rather than 2 of them. Resolving the issue and then
reloading OHM correctly displayed both cores.

I would like to add the following from more testing:
CPU Clocks -> Bus Speed does not update when changed due to throttling
programs/drivers such as AMD CnQ or in my case 'RMClock'. It will only report
the Bus Speed as detected on first run of OHM. The lack of updates to 'Bus
Speed' will further result in the 'Core Speed' being reported incorrectly as
the non-changing BUS is being factored in with the 'Core Speed' Updates.
Further, The Temperature reading between Core #1 and Core #2 are backwards with
#2 showing the temp for #1 and Vice-Versa.

I have Re-uploaded fresh copies of the reports plus a register dump from
Core-Temp. Left the original reports attached for historical reasons.
