problem after installation older ver of hw monitor over newer #424

I have installed ver 5 in win 8 x64 and used it with rainmeter and all worked 
ok up till when today i thought will try older version and installed ver 4 of 
the open hw monitor just for testing and was working then i thought ok now i 
will go back to ver 5 and ver 5 didnt work anymore and cant fix it up till now.

Open hw on its own is working but doesnt work anymore with rainmeter :( dont 
know how to fix it. 

Other issue is that Open hw monitor doesnt see external usb hard drivers
