Tabbing between fields in dialog box (add new contact)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In shipping module, schedule a shipment
2. Click add new contact icon
3. Tab between fields to enter information

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When tabbing between fields the cursor is not visible and makes the dialog
box bounce on the screen.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

This issue was fixed in Qcodo version 0.3.28. We are waiting for a stable 
release to
upgrade qcodo and fix this issue.

We have upgraded to latest stable Qcodo,  and problem no longer exists.
