style comments #3

comments really need styling. Don't worry about the toggling (it uses css3 transforms rather than height: 0 / 100%). If they're pretty then I'll make the animations accommodate them.

There should be a comment.haml partial in the app/partials/main directory, and a separate sass file for comments.

@geniusme is probably going to take this on, so check in the chatroom if you are interested in working on this to prevent duplication of work.
