How to add open core bootloader to bios i cant boot without usb drive i added EFI file on EFI partition but not listing on bios. Can you help me?

The installation process dose not related to this repo, but you can take the OpenCore Install Guide - macOS Installer (maybe also OpenCore Multiboot) as references. Make sure you are using UEFI rather than BIOS, BIOS dose NOT take care of EFI files.

@emre-bozkurt I had a write-up on how to do this in my old Clover build. That will show you how to get it working if the OpenCore isn't showing up in the BIOS, as I've had to re-do it a few times myself.

@jbwharris Thanks for the answer but i installed big sur to drive without windows i want to boot big sur without the install windows :/ i tried to add from opencore efi shell menu but still not listing option the boot options.

If you have the right partition (GUID with APFS) and right EFI file structure, then no extra setups are needed to bring the macOS boot option. You should double check this.
