Can you please provide your train_test_id.pickle, %s.h5 and %s_attribute_all.h5 files? And also say how data files and masks should be structured.

Hi Irek, Thanks for your interest in my repo. I’m traveling and will upload the pickle file and provide more instructions after I get back.

I tested the link and it worked fine. It’s shared through Google drive. Please make sure you can access Google drive.
