文件目录按住j或者k翻阅会卡顿. #294

按,n打开文件目录, 按住j或者k上下滚动时会出现卡顿情况. 即使卸载了nerdtree-git-plugin也存在这个问题. 请问该合入改善.

@artemiseven 你好，如果目录下有很多文件是有一些卡顿的
