English translation #10

This PR cleans up the grunt output, and translates the Chinese to English. No offense intended, just that google translate wasn't working in my terminal window. :)

@zeevl Good job! A few months age I've received some suggestion on translation issue, but left it unfinish for lack of time. Finially it was done! Thanks :+1:

Maybe I can provide two readme, both in Chinese and English :) I will add it to my todo list.
