[Feature request] Ability to fake Mobile Data

Make android apps believe Wifi is connected. Handy in situations where there is a (non wifi) connection, but some app won't do its thing unless it thinks it's on wifi.

It would be nice if this module could fake mobile data also. Thanks for your work so far.

I am wiling to accept a pull request with this feature if others want to implement it. But I am sorry, I am not going to work on that feature - too much work.
