1.20.1 Fabric atm on v1.3.0

On servers, when you toggle sprint on and then switch proxy, your chosen sprint-on resets to be off again. This does not happen with vanilla's sprint toggle settings on most servers (on some it still does).

you can test this on hoplite.gg, just switch lobbies and if your sprint gets turned off when it was toggled on then it isnt working.

I will consider it, but at the moment I'm not planning to work on feature changes, only updates to newer versions of Minecraft.
