[Feature request] Delete failed downloads and the messages so they can get re-added #270

Download links expire quite fast and sometimes downloads fail temporary and expire before you get the chance to retry. A simple command-line switch to remove said downloads, so I can re-crawl the channels to re-add a current url, would be really helpful.

If you re-crawl, all links in the database already get updated, and retrying failed downloads will use the most up-to-date links.
