Request: old-style fullscreen #359

I'm not sure how open would you be for this idea, but maybe it's possible to 
add (as an option) fullscreen support in old style, where it was fast (had no 
annoying animation) and was performed on same screen (so you could see whatever 
you had on another screen)?

No. Too much work for too little payoff, and 10.9 will fix the fullscreening 
anyway.
