1/24th of a second option for slideshows #485

I'd love the ability to slideshow images at 1/24th of a second to preview 
animations I've rendered out of Maya. The custom time option doesn't support <1 
second. Thanks for an awesome piece of software.

Not really technically possible, as things stand now.
