call bug in distorm3 #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. for a in distorm3.DecodeGenerator(0x40ac12d4, '65e8ff75f88b'.decode('hex'), 
distorm3.Decode32Bits):
     print a[2]
2. the result is CALL 0xffffffffcca488d8 which doesn't seem right in 32 bits

i'm using the latest distorm, on windows 7, x64
