Update the project #1 #10

The update contains several improvements:

[x] Strip-off Revolve from TOL and Brain
[x] Test it on Mac and Linux
[x] Install instructions
[x] Make Beginner’s tutorials
[x] Lint
[x] Docker

Missing parts for the next update:

[ ] Add RLPower back as a learning mechanism
[ ] Remove body-analyzer
[ ] Debugging errors
[ ] Multrun Gazebo
