Bayesian optimization

The code requires limbo installed (package for bayesian optimization). To "install" it (it's not included in a package manager):

• Clone it: https://github.com/resibots/limbo
• In limbo-master/src, paste the contents of the directory external to the directory limbo
• Copy the contents of limbo (with external) into the location where all your packages are, e.g. /usr/include/ to obtain /usr/include/limbo

Often the execution does not continue (no error though) after the following message:

[simulator] Don't load existing brain
[simulator] Number of weights = connections/2 + n_motors are 10 + 8
[manager] calculating robot size: 17

I feel like I'm not doing some memory management somewhere, where I actually should. Could you keep that in mind while reviewing?
