This is a descriptor of gait "stability", related to the head of the robot, and should be identical to the one in Revolve 1, available here: https://github.com/ci-group/revolve/blob/plasticoding/pyrevolve/tol/manage/measures.py#L96
There are other behavioral measures, but this is the most urgent.
