ethernet ciaa_nxp: lwip + lpcopen there is no information regarding sourcecode #420

There is no information of the origin sourcecode as http reference.

The patches applied could be documented as patch files for futures updates of lpcopen new versions.

With an apropiate structure and documentation and scripts there could be a mix of lpcopen drivers and lwip upstream stack.

The Pull Request will not have effects in the existing files, but could add new ones.
