I added a minimum amount of styles to make the slider content available when attempting to print the page.

Hey @pimdewit, I'm now finally looking into improving the a11y (see issue #3) ! Can you have a look at this PR and align it with the current state of the repo?

The main point would be to move these changes to src/x-slider.css. It would be also good to check if the changes are still applicable to the carousel as it is now, and if more changes are needed for printing styles
