To create specific domains to projects (To map business) #223

Motivation: It was created a SpreadSheets (Knowledge map) to measure the expertise from CI&T people, which sync with TechGallery. But this is able to measure only technical issues, business issue are not mapped there because is more specific than technical issues.

Proposal: To create specific domain per project, where will be registered the business skills. This will be sync with SpreadSheets (Knowledge map) about business Issues.

Hi @KarinaHaddad :)

I'm quite sure it would not make sense to adapt Tech Gallery somehow in order to accept non-technical issues. As the project name states, it's for technologies only and IMO business skills would miss the point here.

If I got it right your great motivation for such is because there is a knowledge mapping spreadsheet which integrates with Tech Gallery and you'd like to use it to also manage business skills, correct? That said, I suggest you try to make that spreadsheet more flexible. I know a guy (yaraujo) that created a new sheet, removed the scripts that integrate with TG and now they're able to use the same metrics to track both technologies and project-related matters.

From my perspective this approach makes so much sense as business skills are so custom on a per-project basis. Please tell me your thoughts...

@larruda, @KarinaHaddad

It's a good questions. Put business skill on Tech Gallery makes no sense. However have many users asking about: 'How can I manage my business/tower skill no tech gallery?'

I've been thinking about multitenancy or multiinstance approch. For exemple, I could create a new domain "financial-gallery" then my team could fill in their business skills like private equity, stock, bonds, trading, etc.

@ltogniolli what do you think about it?

I think it's valid to consider a way to put business conceps in here, even if they are not strictly "tech".

As for multi-tenancy, it seems "too much". If we create the concept of "teams" in TG (either built in there or automatically generated through a corporate integration channel), each team could fill concepts that they are interested on tracking that could be business, technical processes and would only be visible for that team, without the need to create new tenants or instances.
