add Relion to XSEDE CSA #215

XSEDE Science Gateways,

XSEDE is in the process of rolling out an enhanced Community Software Area “CSA” capability.

We are looking for one or more XSEDE Science Gateways that install application software on XSEDE resources (or want to), and that would like to BETA test and improved ability for XSEDE users to discover gateway integrated application software and to be directed to their gateway.

Gateways and application software listed on this page are good candidates: https://www.xsede.org/web/site/ecosystem/science-gateways/gateways-applications

When the enhanced CSA capability goes production all gateways will be able to use it.

Mike said ok to add Relion to the XSEDE CSA. I went to the link and saw that COSMIC2 is not listed but the Gateway Registration Form link is not working so I submit a help ticket (#123269) and am waiting for reply...

@mike - XSEDE fixed the link and looks like I can't add our project because it doesn't show up on my list...probably because i'm not listed on the project as a user? So either you can add me to the project in XSEDE's portal or you can register our gateway at https://portal.xsede.org/group/xup/register-gateway and then add the Relion software to the CSA?
