Should COSMIC2 offer hosted solution to Comet/Expanse? Meaning, users can just login and submit jobs?

NSG provides this for special cases. I think that makes data transfer, pipelines, interactive use much easier. Expanse will have an Open Ondemand web frontend providing jupyter notebooks, matlab, terminal, etc. For that, each user must have an Expanse login account, and to use cosmic2 allocation, they would need to be added to the allocations account.
