XML parameter file and readin needs some tidying up. Not a bug but high-priority/low-effort:

[x] shouldn't need to specify psi if analysis is Epi only, and vice versa
[x] logEvery should be in loggers
[x] different options for specifying epi dates
[ ] generationPMF doesn't have to be specified
[x] Separate out section read-ins
[x] remove redundant params
[x] check everything is in a logical way
[x] consider removing segmentedDays?
[ ] catch incorrect params

I've done as much on this as makes sense for the moment. Changes are on the development branch, will push to main after some debugging and updating the wiki
