This is inline with Issue #30 . Mapbox dropped IE support starting from the said version.

When viewing any of the map pages:

[x] Hide the non-mapbox UI map controls content
[x] Warn users to use Chrome, Firefox, Opera or any other web browser except Internet Explorer.
